The Role

As an Inside Account Manager, you will be trusted to look after customer relationships and play a key role in how we support and grow our customer base.
You will gain exposure to different parts of the business, build valuable product and commercial knowledge, and develop skills that will support your long-term career, whether that is deepening your expertise in sales or growing into new opportunities over time.
This is a role where your ideas, curiosity, and willingness to learn will be encouraged.

What Will You Be Doing?

Being the main point of contact for customers and building strong, trusted relationships.
Managing enquiries from initial conversation through to order and delivery.
Preparing quotations, pricing, and proposals.
Processing orders accurately and keeping customers informed.
Working closely with colleagues across the business.
Supporting special orders, colour matching, and new product requests.
Maintaining accurate information in our ERP system (Microsoft NAV).

We are open to candidates with no prior customer service or sales experience, provided you have the drive, curiosity, and motivation to build a career in this area.

Leading investigations into non-conforming materials and corrective actions.
Supporting quality aspects of onboarding new suppliers.

Customer Quality & Issue Resolution

Managing customer complaints and feedback through to resolution.
Analysing data to identify trends and drive improvement projects.
Supporting new product development with data-driven insight.

Leadership & Development

Managing and mentoring the Quality team.
Producing quality performance reports and improvement updates.

4. Production Operatives

We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Operatives.

The Role

Full-time | Permanent position | Location: Eythorne, Dover, UK.

Shift pattern: 4 on – 4 off (days & nights)

40.25 hours per week (12.5-hour shifts)

Competitive pay: £12.30 per hour (days), £14.15 per hour (nights) + opportunities for progression, overtime & bonuses

As part of our team, you will help manufacture high-quality aluminium composite panels, operate machinery, handle materials, and ensure smooth production.

Pay & Progression

Pay rises to £12.60 per hour (days) and £14.50 for nights after a 3-month probation period.

Progress to Multiskilled Operator after learning all 6 operator positions on the line (£13.90 per hour in 6–12 months on average)

Positions on the line include Stacking & Packing, Quality Control, Material Loading, and Operating Machinery.

Further progression opportunities to Deputy Zone Leader (£14.40 per hour), Zone Leader (£15.40 per hour), Deputy Shift Leader (£16.15 per hour), and Shift Leader (£18.40 per hour) as roles become available.
